Define: Blog Post 3

As of right now in May 2023 there is a war between Ukraine and Russia that has been going on for over a year already. According to the (International Committee of the Red Cross, 2018) around 2 billion people suffer from fragility, conflict, and violence around the world. Which means by 2030, around half of the people that suffer from this will be living in extreme poverty. Around 68 million people worldwide must leave their town, city or even country because of the impact the war has on their country, also did you know that approximately 120 million people must rely on some sort of humanitarian assistance. Wars that are happening right now as we speak do not last as long as the wars that happened about 20 years ago, merely because of the technological advances made since, and all of this Is happening around the world not just between Ukraine and Russia.
